Pavers or a concrete patio, which is better in Buffalo?
Both work here if they are built right, and we pour concrete as well, so we have no reason to push you either way. Concrete is a single slab, cheaper per square foot, and cracks eventually in this climate, which we control with mix, mesh and joints. Pavers cannot crack as a field because they are individual units that move slightly with the frost, they can be lifted and reset if a section settles, and they cost more up front. Why do paver patios go wavy?

Can you fix a sunken section of an existing paver patio?
Often yes. That is one of the genuine advantages of pavers over a slab. If the base is broadly sound and one area has settled, we can lift that section, correct the base and reset the same pavers.
Can you pour concrete in the winter in Buffalo?
