House, Estate & Basement Cleanouts in Buffalo, NY
Whole-house, estate and hoarder cleanouts, basements and garages included. Our crew loads it out and our own dump trailers haul it away, so there is no rented dumpster sitting in your driveway.
Emptied Out and Hauled Away, Without the Dumpster
When a house has to be emptied, the usual answer is to rent a dumpster, lose your driveway for a week, and fill it yourself. We do it the other way around. Our crew comes in, loads everything out, and our own dump trailers take it away as we go. That covers estate cleanouts after a family member passes, hoarder houses, rentals left full by a tenant, and basements and garages that have been filling up for years. It is the same equipment we use for demolition, and it is work we take on all winter, when the concrete season is over.
- Whole-house and estate cleanouts, room by room
- Hoarder houses and properties that need heavy clearing
- Basement and garage cleanouts
- Rental and move-out cleanouts for landlords
- Junk and debris removal, hauled off in our own dump trailers
- Pairs with garage demolition when the structure is coming down too

How We Work
Walk Through
We walk the house with you, see what is going and what is staying, and look at access for the trailers.
Set Aside Keepers
Anything you or the family want kept gets set aside before we start, so nothing goes out by mistake.
Load Out
Our crew carries it out and loads it straight into our dump trailers, room by room.
Haul Away & Sweep
We haul it off, sweep the space out, and leave it empty and ready for what comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do house cleanouts?
Yes. Whole-house, estate and hoarder cleanouts, plus basements and garages. We bring our own dump trailers and crew, load everything out and haul it away, so you are not renting a dumpster, waiting on pickups or losing your driveway for a week. It is winter work for us, so November through March is a good time to book one.
Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster?
Often it works out that way once you count the labor, because with a dumpster you are still the one carrying everything out. With us the loading, the hauling and the disposal are one job, and there is no container blocking your driveway. We price each cleanout after a walk-through, since every house is different.
Do you clean out basements and garages as well as whole houses?
Yes. Basement and garage cleanouts are some of the most common ones we do, and if the garage itself needs to come down, we can demolish it and haul the concrete away on the same job.
Can you do a cleanout in the winter?
Yes. Cleanouts and demolition are exactly the work we look for between November and April, when Buffalo's parking ban and the cold stop outdoor concrete. Winter is usually the easiest time to get on our schedule.
Do you handle estate cleanouts for families and executors?
Yes. We work with families and executors, walk the house first, and set aside anything that needs to be kept before the load-out starts.
How fast can I get an estimate?
We guarantee 48 hours from your call to us being at your door, and it is usually quicker. We measure everything, walk the job with you, and you get the written PDF price before we pull out of your driveway. Then we call to make sure you could open it and answer anything you want to go over.
Are you licensed and insured?
New York State does not issue a concrete contractor's licence, so anyone advertising one is stretching it. What actually matters here is per-job permits and current insurance on file with each town's highway department, and ours are on file across Erie and Niagara County. We are fully insured and bonded, we pull the permits ourselves, and we can send certificates for your town on request.
Concrete Cracks in Buffalo. We Control Where.
Any contractor who promises you crack-free concrete in Western New York is selling you something. Freeze-thaw and ground movement guarantee it eventually. Two identical driveways poured the same day by the same crew: one is perfect for ten years, one cracks next spring.
So we engineer for it instead. We pour driveways at 5,000 PSI when most crews use 3,500 to 4,000. We use steel mesh and fiber mesh together, so when a crack forms it cannot widen. And we place enough relief joints that cracking happens down in the joints, where you will never notice it. The ready-mix supplier we buy from stands behind the material itself.
