A Buffalo Crew Built for Buffalo Weather
CIT Concrete Contractor Services was founded in Buffalo in April 2007. We are not a national franchise or a revolving door of subcontractors. We are a locally owned, owner-operated concrete company that has built its reputation across Erie and Niagara County by pouring the right way for Western NY conditions. Freeze-thaw rated mix designs, proper frost-depth sub-base preparation, road-salt-resistant sealers, these are not extras on our jobs. They are the baseline, because that is what Buffalo concrete needs to last.

Four Pillars Behind Every Pour
Experienced Professionals
Since 2007 we have poured driveways, patios, steps, garage and basement floors, sidewalks and pole barn slabs across every corner of the Buffalo metro, and sealed roughly 500 driveways every autumn. Experience with local conditions is not something you can fake.
Comprehensive Services
We handle the full range of residential and commercial concrete under one roof. You do not need to manage multiple contractors for different scopes.
Attention to Detail
Sub-base preparation, proper joint placement, the right mix design for the weather, sealer application. We do not skip steps because skipping steps is why concrete fails in Buffalo.
Customer Commitment
We show up when we say we will, we answer the phone, and you get a written price before we pull out of your driveway. No deposit until we break ground.

Nearly two decades of Buffalo-area homeowners and businesses have trusted CIT Concrete. Fully insured, bonded, and family-owned since 2007, pouring at 5,000 PSI for Western New York winters.
Concrete Cracks in Buffalo. We Control Where.
Any contractor who promises you crack-free concrete in Western New York is selling you something. Freeze-thaw and ground movement guarantee it eventually. Two identical driveways poured the same day by the same crew: one is perfect for ten years, one cracks next spring.
So we engineer for it instead. We pour driveways at 5,000 PSI when most crews use 3,500 to 4,000. We use steel mesh and fiber mesh together, so when a crack forms it cannot widen. And we place enough relief joints that cracking happens down in the joints, where you will never notice it. The ready-mix supplier we buy from stands behind the material itself.
